This Merlot has the addition of Papua New Guinea vanilla, which is of medium intensity compared to other vanilla origins, It's the same species as Tahitian vanilla, but is much more intense than Tahitian vanilla with a lot of sweeter flavors like cream soda balanced with sandalwood.
