Personal Notes: “Did this really just come out of a can?” is what we expect you to exclaim when you crack open one of these bad boys. This is a bold, yet elegant wine, that gives the kind of experience you want to have from that bottle you’ve been holding onto for years for that special moment (sorry to disappoint you, but it’s probably corked). Yet, it’s Tuesday night, and you’re eating week-old leftover pizza by yourself. It’s a moment more fit for Natty Light and watching Anderson Cooper & Dr. Sanjay Gupta in your underwear. It doesn’t have to make sense, though. Just enjoy it.
